Tubal Reversal Contest Winner Is Pregnant
I won the free reversal contest and had the surgery in December of 2021. My current children are 13 and 15 years old, this is going to be a great adventure!
I just got my first positive test and If all goes well, I will have a baby before the future winners for this year are having their surgeries!
Then early next year I will be able to have a mastectomy (breast removal) and oopherectomy (removal of my ovaries and fallopian tubes) because of a gene mutation that makes my chance of getting cancer over 70%, this surgery will reduce the chance to less than 1%.
Dr. Monteith is a true blessing and the path we are on would never have been able to happen without him. I am still in shock when I look at those 2 lines!
Patient age: 34 (will be 35 this month)

Free Reversal Contest 2022: What you need to know
A Personal Choice is the only facility offering a people a chance at winning a free tubal reversal. Although it may sound kind of ‘cheesy’ to offer free reversal surgery, we are constantly contacted by people asking for pro-bono, reduced cost, or free surgery.
Many patients felt trapped into getting a tubal ligation earlier in their lives. Health insurance will readily pay for tubal ligation but they will never pay for tubal ligation reversal. You will have to pay in full and out of pocket. Once women realize the financial hurdle to getting reversal they will try as hard as possible to save towards surgery.

Many patients will be able to save the money (more information: Cost of tubal reversal surgery) or finance reversal surgery (more information: Financing tubal reversal) but many will find that the cost is not attainable for them.
To help these women we started offering a contest for free reversal surgery.
This contest also helps us to market our practice to others.
We want to show others, we are the best practice around for reversal surgery and that we are dedicated to what we do for our patients.
Unlike other practices we care enough to answer the phone and answer your questions, respond to your emails, maintain an active and helpful social media presence, and provide as much information as possible on our website.
Unlike other doctors, Dr Monteith meets you the day before your surgery (not a nurse or staff member), he meets you the day of surgery, and he meets you the day after surgery. With many other reversal doctors… you may never meet the doctor… or you may only see them for 5 minutes when you are coming out of anesthesia.
Dr. Monteith gives you a copy of his medical recommendations and your operative note and explains the concerns your doctor should have when following up with you after tubal reversal surgery. Our staff sends your records to your doctor. Dr. Monteith gives his cell phone number to all patients. Other practices tell you ‘just go to the ER and call us after they see you.’ Our nurses follow up with patients after surgery and are always available after surgery if you have concerns.
If you don’t believe what we are saying then just ask patients who have gone elsewhere and see if they got the same level of care after reversal surgery.
Some doctors lead you on saying the provide FREE AFTER CARE…how can you have meaning aftercare and multiple visits if you live out of state…or even out of the city as the reversal doctor?
Some doctors REQUIRE you to have unnecessary procedures (cosmetic surgeries) and tell you it improves the success of reversal even when there is no medical proof or data to support these claims.
We offer helpful procedures like screening laparoscopy. Our screening laparoscopy is always optional and we don’t require you to have the screening laparoscopy. Our patients can readily see the advantage to screening laparoscopy….if your tubes cannot be repaired then your surgery is quicker, safer, and you would get a refund of your surgery fee. You don’t even have to be a doctor to see the benefit of the optional screening laparoscopy procedure.
