Today was our first positive pregnancy test since tubal reversal in November 2013. We are hopeful but cautious. We are committed to following the early monitoring protocol and are fortunate to have a wonderfully supportive OB/GYN who is willing to adhere to it as well.
Our words fall hopeless short of the joy we feel knowing that regardless of the outcome, the surgery was successful in allowing us this extraordinary opportunity to become pregnant after tubal reversal.
Update April 12th, 2014
Today pregnancy was confirmed in uterus by ultrasound. Nothing visible in gestational sac at this time, as expected, but HCG levels continue to rise as expected. Next ultrasound in 10 days.
