Dear Dr. Berger,
Excerpts from the Physician’s Oath states that you took an oath that said, “I will practice my profession with conscience and dignity; the health of my patient will be my Number One consideration; I will not permit considerations of religion, nationality, race, politics or social standing to intervene between my duty and my patient; I will maintain the utmost respect for human life”. Dr. Berger, you have definitely kept your promise.
I am writing this letter to express my extreme appreciation and gratitude for the most outstanding and excellent care that I received from the time I entered the hospital to my dismissal. All of the staff members that I encountered were absolutely professional and the “top of their craft”, but more importantly were caring, kind and considerate and treated me like a member of their own family. I was kept well informed of all procedures, all questions I had were answered, and they were always courteous and competent and exhibited professionalism and compassionate care at the most personal level. You all mean the world to me.
Your assurance and performance proved that you are a wonderful physician, knowledgeable and caring, desiring to help your patients and I was a fortunate beneficiary of your expertise and phenomenal bedside manner. Again, I want to say thanks to you and the entire team for providing me with empathetic, sensitive and exceptional treatment. There will always be a special place in my heart for you, Dr. Berger, because you went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable at all times. You possess the qualities all doctors should strive to attain. You are in a class of your own and may God richly bless you.
Respectfully yours,
Nadine M.
