Remarks: We weren’t even trying to have another baby at this time so we are in complete shock. My first TR baby will be 2 years old August 31, 2010. I lost 4 pregnancies before my daughter was born in 2008. With this pregnancy I did not even realize I was pregnant until I took a test on Mon. (my cycles have been flip flopping the last few months so thought I might be late because of that and I had been using the same birth control for 2 years) Because I was uncertain of how far along I was and could not get in to see my Dr. till next week they scheduled an u/s immediately. I had my u/s on Tues for this pregnancy and the yolk sac was in the uterus. Your wonderful Dr. Berger..thank you!!

Remarks: My first pregnancy after TR ended in a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and subsequent D&C on May 24th 2010. My OB said to wait one cycle and then we could try. Well, the first cycle after the D&C was on July 6th. I took a pregnancy test on July 27th because I thought I may need an x-ray after an injury I sustained while on vacation. It was very faint, but positive nonetheless. In fact, once I got to the hospital and they performed a HCG and the result was negative. I insisted that I was pregnant and the Beta came back at only a 4!! Totally confused, I had another Beta drawn on August 2nd and that one came back at 83!!! So, yes, we caught it early and are currently following protocol from CHTRC. My family prays that this pregnancy ends in a healthy baby!!! Remarks: I’m very hopeful that this pregnancy will be the one. No reason to suspect otherwise! Dr. Berger is the best in the business and his staff is fantastic. My surgery was uneventful and painless. I left wondering if it was all a dream! Well as it turns out it works! My GYN who was pro IVF (I objected of course) is now suggesting Dr. Berger to her patients! I’ve had 3 ultrasounds and they all say my tubes look perfect. My first post-TR pregnancy (and subsequent miscarriage) was also noted “indicative of intrauterine pregnancy”. Thank you all and I will keep you posted!
