Name: Heather L.
Location: Parma, Michigan
Date of Tubal Reversal: June 2009
Date of Pregnancy Test: July 12, 2011
Ligation Type: Coagulation (burned)
Due Date: March 2012
Remarks: I honestly after 2 years had given up on getting pregnant. I took solace in that the reversal at least corrected many problems that the original surgery had caused. I figured with my age (35 almost 36) and having a uterus that is tilted backwards that this just wasn’t going to happen. So, I was so excited when I saw the positive test. This is monumental since when I was in my early 20’s having my first 2 children I couldn’t get positive(s) pregnancy test because my hormone levels tend to be low. (With my son I was 4 months into my pregnancy & had ultrasounds and still no positive pregnancy test.) So this is a good start this time. Hopefully, the pregnancy will attach to the uterus and not be a tubal. ….Thank you Dr. Monteith!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In all things thanks be to God.

Name: Amber P.
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Date of Tubal Reversal: 4/2009
Date of Pregnancy Test: 7/9/2011
Ligation Type: Coagulation (burned)
Remarks: Hi, I’ve never had a positive pregnancy test since reversal surgery in 4/09. I had an HSG in 4/2011 which said open. We have been seeing a fertility specialist since 4/2011. We did IUI in May w/ clomid which didn’t work. I’m worried because I’m bleeding abnormally for 4 days so far dark blood or bright red spotting. I started spotting dark blood after intercourse on 7/5/2011 & it was the day before I was suppose to start, so I though everything was normal. I’m worried because we were going to have IVF on 8/23/2011 because this was the last time we were going to try to have a child because my husband is being deployed for a year at the end of August 2011. I’m concerned Jim having a tubal & now I cant do IVF next month like scheduled. I’ve never bleed during a pregnancy & the test is definitely positive. I’m trying to find my cell phone this morning, no success yet. Thank you.  Amber
