Fertility Doctor Said My Tubes Were Blocked After Tubal Reversal Surgery!
We found Dr. Monteith a few months before I turned 40 and almost 12 years after my last pregnancy. My husband and I were recently married and longed for an “ours” baby to add to our blended family.
The entire experience from scheduling, the reversal itself, to the follow up care and interaction with Dr. Monteith and his staff was beyond our expectations. It took a little over a year to conceive and I unfortunately had two miscarriages due to genetics. Dr. Monteith and his staff supported and encouraged me thru this time. We were heartbroken but we didn’t give up hope. A few months later we conceived again and this sweet boy was born February 19, 2020.
Just the simple fact that we have been able to conceive three times, after being told by the fertility specialist that my tubes were blocked a year after my reversal and that I probably would not be able to conceive, and at 42 years old I delivered a healthy baby is nothing short of the miracle that came from having just that 1% chance and a whole lot of faith and hope.
