Hi Dr. Berger,

You performed my tubal reversal in May of 2007 and in May of 2008 we had our baby girl. We will forever be grateful that we came to see you. Our lives were forever changed with our little girl.

Hannah was just a year old the last time I sent you pictures, she is now 3 and has started preschool this year as well as she has been taking swimming lessons and can swim like a fish. We are very proud of her! Thank you again.
