Good Afternoon Dr. Monteith,
Just wanted to give you and update.
We are coming up on our 2nd Anniversary of my Tubal Reversal that was done on May 25, 2010. Baby Jeffrey was born 12/27/2011 and was 9lbs 6 oz. and 21 3/4 inches long. On April 27th, 2012 he turned 4 months old and is now 20lbs 8.5 oz and 28 inches long and he is wearing 12 month old clothes!
We just wanted to send a special thanks to you again for helping us out with our tubal reversal. You know I did research for a whole year on where and how to get this done….and every time I researched it….I always came back to A Personal Choice. Something just felt right about what I was looking at and that was even before I knew what the cost was going to be. Everything about my time down in A Personal Choice was awesome! You were professional and very caring… I would recommend you to anyone who asked.
