Is Pregnancy Possible After Endometrial Ablation?
Ellabeth Joy is our first (and most likely our only) tubal reversal miracle!
Due to a medical emergency with my pregnancy, we flew from our home in San Jose, Costa Rica to Tennessee to seek care with a high-risk perinatologist. As the situation unfolded, our daughter ended up being born less than 22 hours later by emergency c-section at 29 weeks 6 days gestation and weighed in at 3 lbs, 2 oz. Despite being born 10 weeks early, she is completely healthy and her only challenge now is learning to eat.
Because of a history that included 4 previous c-sections, a tubal ligation and a Novasure ablation, we never dreamed we’d be able to welcome another child into our family. Because of Dr. Monteith’s willingness to allow me (a Novasure endometrial ablation) patient a second chance to fix her mistakes, we are now once again experiencing God’s precious gift of being parents again.
Thank you, Dr. Monteith for giving us a second chance!!! Your expertise, skill, and confidence in your work is second to none, which is what makes you the best of the best! We will forever be thankful for your service!!
