Remarks: Everything is looking great!! hCG levels on 10/14 were 82, on 10/16 were 269, 10/18 606, and 10/21 were 3,144. On 10/23 had Sono and they saw the gest. sac and very small yolk sac. Remarks: My husband and I are very happy. Exactly one year after my tubal reversal I am pregnant with a girl 6 month pregnant. Everything is normal and I am 45 years old. My husband and I only have boys, this is our first girl. Its a blessing at my age to be pregnant. It was the best decision after going under 2 IVF with no result. Tubal reversal works.

Remarks: Found out this am, that I am losing this pregnancy, but wanted to send it in for your records. My 1st draw was yesterday and was 65…I am supposed to be almost 5 weeks, so I know this is another loss. I am beyond grateful everyday for Dr. Berger and his staff for making our 3 TR babies possible, and also for the ability to keep trying for more! I have full faith that I will be filling out another of these forms soon, and this time with another ‘Bring Home’ baby!
