Date of Pregnancy Test: 06/17/2011
Due Date: 02/21/2012
Remarks: I had my reversal of tubal ligation on May 5, 2010. A year passed by and no pregnancy. So we went to see my GYN on May 11,2011 to discuss having the HSG testing done. She explained that we have to do it on the 9th day of my cycle. We were going to be on vacation during that time so we would have to wait until the next month. As it turned out I got pregnant on vacation. That saved us $1000 for the test. June 28, 2011 I had an ultrasound and saw the the little tiny heart beating. I am now 15 weeks. Thank you so much Dr Monteith and staff.

Remarks: Ii just had a positive home pregnancy test and now am waiting for my follow up doctors appointment which is scheduled for this coming week. I was absolutely shocked to read the results because I thought with my short tube lengths 3.5 & 4, I would not get pregnant.
